"Connect to a network" delay on Vista

A little while back I wrote about some of the annoying behaviours of the "Connect to a network" function under Vista. One of the issues is a loooong delay in simply opening the "Connect to a network" screen.
There's a hotfix available from Microsoft now which fixes this issue. Sweet!
