Andy Dowling

I'm a systems engineer, yum cha aficionado, and (occasional) web developer, currently living in Hong Kong Australia. I'm also a husband, a father, and a Christian. Most spare time I catch is spent running trails, learning Chinese, or catching up with friends; the rest is let go with a warning.

Aside from IT, I've also served as a missionary and travel writer.

About this site

This site has been created as a repository for my thoughts, ideas, and experiences. The articles I write focus on IT security and administration topics, covering a variety of technologies.

The code has been written from scratch, and I've attempted to produce valid XHTML 1.0 Strict, CSS 2.0 and RSS 2.0 (I'm a C type personality). More functionality will be added to the blogging application as time permits.
